Bill Hendricks

Bill Hendricks is Executive Director for Christian Leadership at the Center and President of The Giftedness Center, where he serves individuals making key life and career decisions. A graduate of Harvard, Boston University, and DTS, Bill has authored or co-authored twenty-two books, including “The Person Called YOU: Why You’re Here, Why You Matter & What You Should Do With Your Life.” He sits on the Steering Committee for The Theology of Work Project.

Jay L. Sedwick Jr.

Dr. Sedwick, Chairman of the Educational Ministries and Leadership Department, has 40 years of youth ministry experience combined with 27 years at DTS. Dr. Sedwick graduated with his ThM from DTS in 1989. He went on to earn an MA in Religious Education in 1996 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD in Educational Ministries from Southwestern in 2003.) He serves on the board of the Society of Professors in Christian Ministry.  

He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for World Link Ministries, an evangelistic, church planting, and pastoral training ministry. Jay has been teaching youth at a large Dallas-area church for 30 years and is now teaching the next generation of their children. Jay met his wife, Laurie, while they both attended summer school at DTS in 1986. They’ve been married for 38 years, have four grown children who are all walking with Jesus, and 5 amazing grandchildren. 

Josh Proctor

Josh Proctor has founded the ministry joshproctor.com, which is run out of Remedy Church in Waxahachie, Texas. His ministry has focused on ministering to people addicted to porn for several years.
