For the spring 2014 semester, DTS is proud to announce three faculty members with new appointments. 

Dr. Mark Hitchcock

Associate Professor of Bible Exposition

Dr. Hitchcock is Senior Pastor of Faith Bible Church in Edmond, Oklahoma, a position he has held since 1991. He served as Adjunct Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary from 2006-2013 before joining the faculty full-time in 2014. Dr. Hitchcock has authored over twenty books, primarily on end time prophecy, and speaks across the country and internationally at churches and conferences. He and his wife Cheryl have two sons and one daughter-in-law. Aside from reading and studying, he enjoys walking, lifting weights, and playing golf.

Dr. David Klingler

Associate Professor of Bible Exposition

Prior to coming to Dallas Theological Seminary, Dr. Klinger was an All-American quarterback at the University of Houston and first round NFL draft pick. In the summer after his rookie season in the NFL, David attended a summer Bible study where the teacher exhorted David to quit football and go to seminary. Ten years later, he had earned both a ThM and PhD from DTS. Dr. Klingler is married to his wife Katie and has two sons.

Dr. Terrance Woodson

Adjunct Professor of World Missions and Intercultural Studies,
Advisor to African American Students

For the past 30 years, Dr. Woodson served as a missionary, church planter, administrator, and a Bible college professor. Dr. Woodson has pastored throughout Texas and continues to serve as a local pastor. Dr. Woodson is married to Harvetha and has four grown sons. Dr. Woodson has ministered in Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil and Israel.
