William D. Lawrence
Dr. Bill Lawrence graduated from DTS with a ThM in 1964 and with a ThD in 1968. He has been married to Lynna since 1965, is the father of three married sons and the grandfather of five granddaughters and three grandsons. Bill, along with Lynna and three other couples, founded South Hills Community Church in San Jose, California. He served that church for twelve years, and saw it to grow to 800 and was able to send over 90 men and women into full time ministry. He taught in the Pastoral Ministries Department at DTS for 24 years after which he founded Leader Formation International and has served in over 40 countries around the world. He has also served on the board of OC International for 46 years and on the RREACH (Ramesh Richard) board for 20 years.
