Fred Tow

Pastor Fred Tow was born in Hong Kong and came to the States at the age of eight. He was raised in Oakland, California. During his teenager years, he trusted Christ as his personal savior. He attended U.C. Berkeley, where he received his degree in Mathematics and Education. Before being called into the ministry, he taught two years at Oakland Technical High School. Upon graduating with a Master of Theology from Dallas Seminary, he became English Pastor of Houston Chinese Church, where he has been serving for 26 years. He is happily married to Ellie. They have two grown children. Some of Pastor Fred’s hobbies include tennis and running.
