Lessons from the Potter’s Wheel

Dr. Willie Bolden, Director of Community and Church Relations at DTS-Houston, talks about staying on the Potter’s wheel, realizing that God’s objective is to shape his people to bear his image.

Dr. Bolden completed his undergraduate studies at Biola University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Education in 1980. He earned a Master of Arts in Theological Education from Talbot Theological Seminary in 1992. In 2006, Dr. Bolden earned a Doctor of Ministry in Missions and Evangelism from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Community and Church Relations at DTS-Houston. As a conference speaker, preacher, and teacher, Dr. Bolden speaks on subjects that range from successful biblical marriage, blended families, and evangelism to Bible doctrine and Christian education. He is married to Loretta C. Bolden. They are the parents of seven children and eight grandchildren.
