Mentoring the Next Generation

Dr. Barbara Neumann, Assistant Dean of Students at DTS-Houston, discusses ministry to the next generation, noting people are hungry for mentors, though mentoring doesn’t occur in the same way as previously done in the church.

Dr. Barbara Neumann (MACE, D.Min. Dallas Theological Seminary) currently serves as Assistant Dean of Students, Advisor to Women, and adjunct professor in the Educational Ministries and Leadership Department at DTS Houston. Her additional ministries include mentoring young leaders, church mentoring consultant, speaker, and Bible study teacher. She is coauthor of Organic Mentoring: A Mentor’s Guide to Relationships With Next Generation Women.
