Bill Brewer grew up in a small town in north Louisiana in a large family. He graduated from Bryan College hoping to attend LSU Medical School, but the Lord led him instead to Dallas Seminary. Upon graduating from DTS in 1979, Bill was hired as the pastor of that same church, now called Woodcreek Church, where he has faithfully served for 40 years. In 1993, Bill also received his Doctor of Ministry from Dallas Seminary. Dr. Brewer and his wife Carol have two grown children, and four grandchildren. Bill loves golf and anything outdoors, and he is an avid fly fisherman.
