James R. Womack is a man of both purpose and passion. His life passion is to maximize His life. His life focus is helping people to maximize their impact. His life partner is Cynthia. His life legacy is his children. James proudly functions as partner, parent, provider, priest, and protector for his home. His life gift mix is teaching, equipping, training and leading. James has devoted His life to serving businesses, not for profit and academia. James has actively been effectively leading organizations and people for over 20 years. He has led a school of 700 children. It is there that James gained experience in the realities and challenges of leading educators and helping kids excel through effective academic leadership. He also has led in the not for profit sector and founded and leads an organization that is in the top 20% of those in his industry. He has also served in organizations in the Top 1% of their sector in the not for profit. James also taught education on the Master’s Level at one of the premier regionally accredited academic institutions in the country. James received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Health Services Administration both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition, he has also earned a Master of Theology in New Testament from Dallas Theological Seminary. Pastor Womack currently serves in Fort Worth, Texas as the Senior Pastor of Destiny Church. Where they are developing people toward their divine Destiny. He has served as Pastor of Christian Education at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship and as an adjunct professor at Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Cynthia, partnered together in the founding of Maximizing Life, Inc. and most recently The Destiny Church, Inc., which launched January 2007. The ministry attracts lots of young couples with families. James is a native of Detroit, Michigan. He and Cynthia have been married since 1994 and have the privilege of developing eight children, James II, Taylor, Jared, Josiah, Tristan, Judah, Joshua and Tatum.
