Jaron Jones
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Jaron answered God's call to preach the gospel while engaged in his first career as an engineer in corporate America. In 2011 he and his family relocated from Charleston, SC to Houston, TX where he began attending DTS-Houston. He completed his ThM in Pastoral Care & Counseling in December of 2016. Jaron is a part of the Houston Church Planting Network, which helped train and prepare him as a church planter. In the fall of 2016 he and a small team launched Shine Bible Fellowship Church in the Cyfair area of Houston. In addition to pastoring, Jaron is also a supplemental chaplain for Memorial-Hermann Hospital System. He is married to his awesomely supportive wife Eboni and they have two amazing daughters, Chloe & Kendal.
