Kimberlee Norris

Kimberlee D. Norris is a sexual abuse trial attorney: representing victims of abuse, serving as a consulting and testifying expert in abuse cases, and providing crisis management and allegation response counsel to child-serving organizations of all sizes. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. An acknowledged authority in screening practices, Norris has trained over 500,000 ministry staff members and volunteers since 2005. After decades of litigating sexual abuse cases and providing legal counsel to ministries, Norris partnered with Dallas Theological Seminary to create the first seminary course addressing the risk of child sexual abuse in ministry contexts.
