Livingston Blauvelt Xulon Press 2005-12-02

Blauvelt, a former pastor and teacher at Miami Bible College and a Dallas Seminary graduate, has written a fine exposition of Romans, Paul’s magnum opus. Blauvelt’s verse-by-verse, phrase-by-phrase, and even word-by-word commentary is a helpful tool for comprehending and communicating this life-enriching book. The outlines can be used for preaching, and the explanations of the text (often of Greek words) shed much light on Romans. Each of the twenty-eight sections in Blauvelt’s book includes his translation from the Greek text, and each section concludes with review questions for personal or group study. Expositors will find this a refreshing exposition on one of the greatest books ever written, the Epistle to the Romans.
