In this episode, Bill Hendricks sits down with Dan and Peggy Rupple to discuss a Christian presence in media and entertainment, focusing on bringing a voice of faith to current media leaders and encouraging upcoming media leaders. Bill Hendricks

Bill Hendricks is Executive Director for Christian Leadership at the Center and President of The Giftedness Center, where he serves individuals making key life and career decisions. A graduate of Harvard, Boston University, and DTS, Bill has authored or co-authored twenty-two books, including “The Person Called YOU: Why You’re Here, Why You Matter & What You Should Do With Your Life.” He sits on the Steering Committee for The Theology of Work Project.

Dan Rupple

Dan Rupple’s unique strength lies in his ability to integrate the cultural insights of a media professional with the visionary voice and inspirational heart of a pastor. He has over forty years of media experience as a respected producer, writer, and speaker. Today, Dan serves as CEO of Mastermedia International, a respected voice of faith and trusted Christian presence within the mainstream global media industry. Mastermedia consults regularly with leading executives and influencers world-wide. Dan has been married to the love of his life, Peggy, for over forty-one years, and together they celebrate three married children and seven wonderful grandkids.  

Peggy Rupple

Peggy Rupple loves the creative process of God in bringing His story to light in this world. Her early exposure working in television and digital media production alongside her husband Dan, (CEO, Mastermedia Intl.) has charted a career invested in the nurturing of young storytellers. During her nine-year role as an adjunct instructor and media conference director at Biola University’s School of Cinema and Media Arts (2003-2012) to her current role as the Associate Director of the Windrider Forum at the Sundance Film Festival (2004-present), Peggy continues to inspire the shaping of craft and character in the next generation of media makers. She is an ordained minister, speaker, former board member with Greenhouse Arts and Media in Hollywood, and actively serves Christians within the entertainment community as the co-producer of the Legacy Event at CBS Studios. Peggy frequently speaks, along with her husband Dan, at universities nationwide.
