Dr. Jay Mathew

Dr. Jay Mathew is the Assistant Dean of Students for DTS-Houston. Jay has a BA in Finance from Houston Christian University, a Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a DMin in Expository Preaching from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has more than 10 years of experience leading in ministry contexts. Jay has been married to his wife Rachel (who is here today) since May 2023 and is enjoying the journey of serving alongside her at DTS-Houston. He is passionate about preaching the Word of God to the people of God and is excited about the opportunity to do so this morning at chapel.
