Luke Spencer

After graduating from college, the Lord led Luke to pursue the ThM degree at DTS and further prepare for pastoral ministry. Shortly after arriving at DTS, Luke began attending and getting involved at Centerpoint Church in Mesquite, Texas. Luke currently serves as an elder at Centerpoint and occasionally serves on the preaching team. Luke has a passion to shepherd God’s people and help others pursue faithfulness as a good steward of God’s varied gifts. Luke seeks to help students understand what ministry is and how the Lord may use him/her in the present and the future. His research interests include preaching, biblical theology, and ecclesiology. He and his wife, Abigail, have three boys: Isaiah, Titus, and Micah.
