Dr. Paul Cannings is the founder and Senior Pastor of Living Word Fellowship Church in Houston, TX. He has provided spiritual leadership to over 4,700 members and has published thirteen (13) books, with his newest book, Leaders in Heels, soon to be released in October. He has implemented the vision of cultivating a loving, united community of believers whose mission is to serve the neighboring community, America, and the world for our Lord Jesus Christ. He founded Power Walk Ministries, a national and global leadership training resource. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and Theological Studies in Religion and Society from Omega Graduate School in Dayton, TN, with course work at Oxford University in England, and a ThM in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Cannings can be heard on radio, a ministry that extends to 22 Caribbean Islands, Salem Media, Mood Stations, Trans World Radio, NRB TV and over 70% of Africa. Dr. Cannings and his wife Everette are the parents of two adult sons, Paul Jr. and Pierre, who are married to Tanisha and Monica, respectively. They have seven grandchildren.
