Kelly Cheatham

Dr. Cheatham is a licensed professional counselor and a board approved supervisor. He has extensive training and experience working with adults and couples with a specialty in marital therapy. He has practiced in a variety of clinical environments including private-practice, church counseling ministries, college counseling centers and outpatient counseling clinics. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Cheatham serves as the Director of Counseling Services at DTS. He has presented to counseling professionals on various topics. His current areas of research include resiliency in marriage and families, and the integration of faith and psychotherapy. He is married to his high school sweetheart Gwen, and they have four children: Dalton, Drew, Emily and Luke.
